    Sponsor Agreement Terms.

    Sponsor Conduct. All Sponsors must respect the high trust and interactive environment of the Summits. If members in discussions mention particular challenges or issues these should not be exploited by follow-up calls or correspondence to that particular member as that would be a breach of confidentiality and exploitation of the trust and access provided to the Sponsor. All blasts and marketing to the member database must be submitted by the sponsor, approved in advance and shall not exceed more than two times yearly.

    Cancellation of Contract. All Sponsorships are for 12 months and are non-cancellable as we invest considerable work upfront in arranging the web conferences, setups of logos and co-branding, etc on your behalf. The Sponsor waives any claims of performance, duties or suitability and accepts a best-efforts basis by the Organizer. If this agreement is canceled by the Sponsor for any reason, or by the Organizer because of an Sponsor's default or violation of this agreement, monies paid to the Organizer by the Sponsor shall be retained and the Sponsor agrees to continue making payments for the full 12 month period without any reduction in amount. Sponsor shall also be responsible for any collection costs incurred by the Organizer.

    Arbitration. All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement are to be settled by binding arbitration on a confidential basis pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association in Atlanta GA and will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Georgia. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction.
